He encounters different types of zombies which are at different stages of an infection that has spread world wide. He also encounters pro-infection advocates which attack him with swords and pitch forks. Progress through the levels, collect coins to unlock a more powerful weapon and more infested places. Please note: that Fat Jack's Apocalypse is completely free to play and ad supported, if the user feels the need to progress faster in the game the option to buy more coins with real currency is available.
